Training

Training is offered for Intermediate and Advanced Riders.

At our equestrian facility, we offer a diverse range of opportunities to cater to various goals, including training, horse ownership, and the development of show horses. Our programs encompass equitation, medal classes, local and rated shows, as well as national Hunter Derby competitions. From "A" rated Horse Shows to local schooling shows, we support riders at every level, including junior and amateur hunters and jumpers, green and performance hunters, and those aspiring to Grand Prix competitions. In our dressage program, in addition to non-rated shows, we also provide avenues for participation in FEI-rated dressage shows, ensuring a well-rounded experience for riders pursuing excellence in diverse equestrian disciplines.

Trainers

Alex Johnson

Alex Johnson is the founder of MyStride Equestrian LLC. She is dedicated to

empowering horses and riders at every stage of their development. Alex’s passions

for equestrian education and the horse-human connection are reflected in her

pursuits as an FEI dressage rider, PATH Intl. Advanced Instructor, and APHA

Professional Horseman. Her compassionate and systematic approach to teaching

and safety enables her riders to excel in their horsemanship and competitive goals.

She offers full and part-time dressage training for horses boarded at Belcavallo

Farm, as well as lessons to intermediate and advanced riders.

Francesca Senior Caroll

Francesca, of Castlemaine Yard, is a certified trainer and a credentialed riding instructor (the United States Hunter Jumper Association) with over 25 years of experience training horses and riders to championships at both local and nationally recognized horse shows throughout the country from coast to coast, in the Equitation, Hunter and Jumper divisions. Fran possesses an impressive depth of knowledge, and excels in fostering confidence in both horse and rider, enabling riders at all levels to succed beyond their expectations.
